Job Summary
Operate a tow truck and perform emergency roadside assistance service.
Provide safe and best in class roadside solutions while ensuring positive customer experiences.
Communicate with dispatcher for information about service requests.
Inspect tow truck on a daily basis and report routine maintenance as needed.
Ensure member safety and vehicle security, educate members on possible issues (e.g. battery checks, jump starts, and tire changes).
Load and safely secures vehicles on tow truck without causing damage or harm to customer vehicles, themselves or those around them.
Accept calls and respond to dispatch or customers with ETA (estimated time of arrival).
Keeps truck and equipment clean and well maintained.
Assess the safety of the scene on arrival to ensure that the vehicle is in a safe location to provide service so as not to endanger the customer, themselves or the tow truck
Ask for assistance if unsure about a certain situation

Job Qualifications
Active and valid driver’s license issued by only one state or jurisdiction required
Education: High school diploma or GED required
Experience: 1-2 years of related experience preferred*
Training can be provided
Support various fleet locations based on business needs to be flexible and work nights, extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
