JOB TITLE OPERATIONS INTERN NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME INDUSTRY SALARY KSHS.

25,000-30,000 JOB LOCATION MOMBASA ROAD DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the Head of Operations in overseeing the company’s daily operational functions to ensure they run smoothly and efficiently.

Coordinate and collaborate with various departments (logistics, procurement, HR, etc.) to ensure that operational processes are executed without delays.

Support in implementing process changes, monitor progress, and assess the effectiveness of improvements made.

Work closely with the operations team to refine workflows, ensuring that they meet company objectives and industry standards.

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring that supplies are available when needed while avoiding excess stock.

Support the procurement process by liaising with suppliers and tracking orders.

Help track and manage the delivery of goods and services, ensuring timely arrivals and resolving any logistical issues.

Prepare regular reports on key performance metrics, such as inventory levels, operational expenses, and productivity.

Help ensure the accurate and timely documentation of operational processes and workflows for future reference.

Assist in managing office logistics, including arranging meetings, managing schedules, and organizing necessary operational resources.

Provide administrative support to the operations department, assisting with tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.

Support communication between the operations team, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth interactions and prompt responses.

Assist in resolving operational issues or service interruptions, working closely with internal teams and external vendors to find timely solutions.
