JOB TITLE INVOICING CLERK NATURE OF JOB FULL TIME INDUSTRY SALARY KSHS.

30,000 JOB LOCATION THIKA ROAD DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Generate accurate and timely invoices for customers based on delivery and sales data.

Verify invoice details against sales orders, delivery notes, and dispatch records.

Ensure all invoicing is compliant with company policies and statutory requirements.

Liaise with the warehouse and dispatch team to confirm product availability and delivery.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of invoices and related records.

Follow up on any discrepancies or queries related to billing with relevant departments.

Update and maintain invoicing data in the company’s ERP system (preferably Navision). Provide support during monthly stock takes, including reconciliation of physical stock with system records.

Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly sales/invoicing reports for management.

Collaborate with finance and supply chain teams to ensure smooth flow of documentation and data.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field 2–3 years’ experience in an invoicing, stores, or stock control role within a manufacturing or FMCG company Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) Experience using Navision ERP system is a strong advantage Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
