Rolleston Open Cut is a 16Mtpa thermal coal mine located in the southern Bowen Basin in Central Queensland. With a long life of mine and low operating costs, the mine has a bright outlook. The Rolleston Open Cut Supply Department is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to support our warehouse operations on a Monday to Friday roster.

In this role, the successful applicant will manage all parts allocation and setup duties for key assets on site, while also assisting with general warehouse responsibilities. Reporting to the Supply Supervisor, you will use your keen attention to detail to ensure all parts are delivered in full and on time. This roster would ideally suit someone based locally to the site.

Requirements of the role include:

Great customer service skills, and enjoy interacting with a range of people throughout the day;

Experience in providing cost-effective and efficient warehousing, and distribution services;

Comprehensive experience with MS Outlook, Excel, and Word;

Experience in SAP in a similar role;

Forklift and Drivers Licence;

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will:

Have strong time management skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks;

Demonstrate extensive experience in all aspects of supply;

Be able to apply a high level of inventory management skills;

Apply your experience in Open Cut warehousing;

Be able to work in a busy and challenging environment;

Have an eye for detail, and highly organised, and work well within a team;

Apply excellent communication skills and be safety-focused;
