Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional manner
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues and determining the best solutions
Maintain customer records and update account information
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery
Requirements:
Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable using computers, online tools, and chat/email platforms
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
