We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team at Vandenberg Consulting. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a smooth experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional manner

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying issues and determining the best solutions

Maintain customer records and update account information

Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery

Requirements:

Previous customer service or administrative experience is a plus

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable using computers, online tools, and chat/email platforms

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
