SENIOR CLINICAL PHARMACIST – Dublin 7 Temporary Full-Time Supervising Pharmacist Dublin Irish Locums is looking for a Supervising Pharmacist in Dublin 7 within an organisation that helps to support, guide & develop people with intellectual disabilities.

Job Information This is a permanent full-time role.

The successful candidate will be based on site in Dublin 7.

Monday to Friday primarily.

There will be a coordination and liaising with NURSES & DOCTORS about patients’ needs 7 medications.

Job Description The senior pharmacist will be accountable for ensuring the efficient day to day administration of the Senior Pharmacist function.

Expected to make sure that deadlines are met.

Ensure accurate attention is paid to detail and consistent adherence to policies and procedures.

Co-operate and work in harmony with other teams and disciplines in the hospital.

Conduct day to day operations of the pharmacy services within an evidence-based quality and multi-disciplinary healthcare environment.

Staff management and supervision, in-service training and professional development and development of medicines protocols.

Pharmacy department planning and performance monitoring, benchmarking, and work practices development.

To provide a Pharmaceutical Service to the patient.

Ideally Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.

Good time management Requirements At least 3 years post-registration experience within a hospital setting Registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland is a must.

Knowledge and ability for the proper discharge of the duties of the office Salary and contract for this role follows the HSC PayScale guidelines.
