Squad Lead

We are looking for a Squad Lead to drive the success of a software development team.

This role requires a balance of leadership, operational efficiency, people management, and strategic planning.

You will be responsible for ensuring smooth sprint execution, maintaining business-aligned priorities, and fostering a high-performance squad.

Your day-to-day:

Lead sprint planning and backlog management (JIRA).

Estimate deliverables and unblock team issues.

Align squad initiatives with strategic OKRs.

Collaborate with product, sales, and PM teams.

Prioritize high-impact work and manage KPIs.

Mentor and motivate team members, ensuring balanced workloads.

Maintain Agile best practices and improve team processes.

Your skills & experience:

Experience in software development or leading technical teams.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining long-term strategic focus.

Passion for team empowerment and continuous improvement.

Technical Skills (Big Plus):

Understanding of web development fundamentals.

Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript (JS), and REST APIs.

Experience with GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and software deployment processes.

Salary:

Gross salary: 4500 - 6300 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
