Duties and Responsibilities
· Assist Groups team in providing exceptional coordination of Group Blocks & Reservations.
· Responsible for responding to email and phone group inquiries, general reservation calls, and assisting other departments as assigned.
· Provide excellent sales presentations on the phone and in writing.
· Provides accurate documentation.
· Conduct oneself in a professional manner and use proper etiquette and language at all times.
· Maintain department performance standards.
· Maintain current awareness of new procedures, memos, and department objectives.
· Communicate with management regarding any issues related to customers, equipment, and escalated situations or problems.
· Operate all equipment as instructed and for its intended use.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
· Must be detail oriented.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
· Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products is required.
· Ability to communicate technical and service job expectations effectively and professionally.
· Must be able to work weekends and some holidays.
· This is a homebased position.
