What are we looking for?

We are looking for a team player who is proactive, curious, and thrives on creating value through collaboration and coordination. Ideally, you have:

A degree in business, marketing, or a related field

Experience from a similar role within FMCG or a commercial organization is a plus

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

A structured and analytical mindset, with a passion for turning data into insights

Confidence in working cross-functionally with multiple internal and external stakeholders

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with dashboards and reporting tools is a plus

Fluency in English, and a Nordic language is a strong advantage

What will be your key responsibilities?

Act as the coordination link between the Key Account team, field sales, and clients, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on activities

Support planning and execution of campaigns, sales cycles, and account initiatives in close collaboration with Trade Marketing and Sales Support

Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, internally and externally, by participating in meetings and ensuring effective collaboration

Track and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to drive sales and enhance customer experience

Use sales data and field input to identify opportunities, improve execution, and support sustainable growth

Be a trusted support function to the Key Account Managers and field teams, contributing to both business and team success
