Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all planned preventive and corrective maintenance activities are executed safely, aiming to reduce risks to as low as reasonably possible.

Ensure the safety of all technicians within the team, leading by example in behaviors and practices.

Ensure all equipment under responsibility is maintained in accordance with local legislation and standards specified by APMT global functions.

Ensure all preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and inspection activities are completed efficiently based on calendar, running hours, condition, etc.

Ensure KPIs for equipment availability, reliability, cost, etc., are met for equipment under responsibility.

Ensure all required equipment KPIs and measures are correctly recorded and reported as required.

Ensure maintenance strategies are developed for all equipment under responsibility, including requirements specified by Global Asset Maintenance.

Lead the continuous review and improvement of equipment maintenance strategies, considering major and repetitive equipment failures.

Accountable for ensuring the integrity of all equipment, considering the age and service of equipment, through the development and execution of appropriate preventive, predictive, and inspection activities.

Manage a risk-based approach to pending corrective maintenance, considering the compounded risk to safety and operations through multiple failures or defects.

Develop the budget for all planned preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment under control.

Proactively track and manage maintenance costs for equipment, intervening when costs escalate and identifying ways to reduce costs.

We Are Looking For:

University degree in a related field.

Extensive experience with LIEBHERR mobile harbour cranes.

Well-versed in international standards for the safe and reliable operation of terminal mobile harbour cranes, with particular expertise in LIEBHERR models.

Strong leadership experience and ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Experience in service-focused roles that require effective stakeholder management.

Deep understanding of asset maintenance planning, including metrics, principles, processes, and requirements.

Structured, self-driven, and result-oriented, with a focus on achieving goals.

A commitment to quality, with a keen eye for detail in all tasks.

Culturally aware, with experience in diverse, multicultural environments, and a respectful approach to working with employees, local authorities, and other stakeholders.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
