About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to lead our warehouse operations and team. You'll be responsible for managing daily workflows, maintaining inventory accuracy, enforcing performance standards, and keeping the warehouse running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads with authority, and takes team success.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and analyze Profit & Loss (P&L) reporting.

Operate as an advanced WMS (Warehouse Management System) user with efficiency across multiple tabs and transactions.

Maintain accurate inventory records and process warehouse transactions.

Supervise and lead a team of 10 employees, ensuring performance standards (KPIs) are met through coaching, accountability, and structured feedback.

Oversee the full return cycle: receive, inspect, communicate issues, order replacement parts, and restock.

Utilize NetSuite, WMS, and Desktop Shipper daily. Strong computer skills are essential.

Prepare freight for shipment: cost calculations, wrapping, weighing, and entering shipping info into carrier systems manually.

Support in container unloading (heavy lifting required) and assist in various departments as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years of experience operating Sit-Down, Cherry Picker, and Turret Forklifts (Required).

Proven leadership with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

Experience conducting performance discussions, write-ups, and coaching sessions.

Ability to manage pressure and multitask without sacrificing attention to detail.

Strong computer and data entry skills, including working with multiple screens.

Comfortable with physical tasks, including heavy lifting and standing for long periods.

Self-starter with strong communication and accountability skills.
