Full Time/Perm Role- Up to $100,000 Annual Salary

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Facility Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations and support equipment-related projects within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for managing maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with cGMP and FDA standards, and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects related to equipment acquisition and maintenance to support the company’s operational goals.

Coordinate both scheduled and emergency maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades.

Oversee the ERP work order system, assigning tasks and preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to the maintenance team.

Identify future equipment and maintenance needs to align with business objectives.

Procure parts and materials necessary for preventive maintenance, routine repairs, and emergency fixes.

Support the development and execution of a robust Preventive Maintenance Program, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and remains in compliance with FDA regulations.

Contribute to the Quality Improvement Program by conducting investigations, preparing reports, and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) related to production maintenance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

At least 5 years of experience working in a cGMP-regulated environment.

Willingness to work flexible shifts based on business needs.

Strong computer skills and proficiency with maintenance management systems.
