Responsibilities:

Desktop and Laptop Support Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing hardware issues for desktops and laptops

Peripheral Devices Experience with printers scanners and other peripheral devices

Operating Systems Expertise in Windows macOS and Linux operating systems

Active Directory Managing user accounts groups and permissions

Group Policy Configuring and managing Group Policy Objects GPOs for security and configuration management

Remote Management Using tools like Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager SCCM and Intune for remote management and software deployment

Microsoft 365 Proficiency in Microsoft Teams SharePoint OneDrive and other Office 365 applications

Video Conferencing Experience with tools like Zoom Cisco Webex and Google Meet

Unified Communications Knowledge of unified communication platforms like Skype for Business and Slack

MDM Solutions Proficiency in using MDM tools like Microsoft Intune AirWatch or MobileIron

BYOD Policies Implementing and managing Bring Your Own Device BYOD policies
