Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project managers to architect robust Salesforce ecosystems and drive CRM excellence across the organization.

Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

Define system architecture, integration strategies, and data models for scalable and maintainable Salesforce implementations.

Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and admins in best practices and technical guidance.

Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including data flow diagrams, integration specs, and system designs.

Ensure compliance with security standards, data governance policies, and platform best practices.

Evaluate and recommend third-party tools and AppExchange solutions as needed.

Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to ensure ongoing innovation.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

15+ years of experience with Salesforce platform, including 5+ years in an architect role.

Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL.

Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools like MuleSoft, etc.).

Salesforce certifications, such as:

Salesforce Certified Application Architect

Salesforce Certified System Architect

Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) – (preferred or highly desired)

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
