Position Overview:
The Pricing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies to maximize profitability and market competitiveness. This role involves conducting thorough market research, analyzing pricing trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to determine optimal pricing structures. The Pricing Manager also monitors and evaluates pricing performance, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments as needed to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Additionally, the Pricing Manager stays abreast of industry dynamics and regulatory changes to ensure pricing strategies remain relevant and compliant.
Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions):
Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability and market competitiveness.
Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify pricing trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
Monitor and evaluate pricing performance, making data-driven recommendations for adjustments.
Ensure pricing structures remain relevant and compliant with industry regulations.
Communicate pricing strategies and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Lead pricing negotiations with clients or vendors as necessary.
Continuously analyze and refine pricing processes to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Requirements, Experience, & Education (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities):
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, or related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or related roles.
Proficiency in various pricing methodologies and techniques.
Strong strategic analysis skills, including market research and data interpretation.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Demonstrated success in developing and implementing pricing strategies.
Industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics.
Experience in working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools for pricing analysis, data management, and reporting.
Intermediate skill set using MS Office products including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ETC.
Collaborative business partnership at all levels.
Ability to work in a changing environment.
