This key position is being created to support the Company’s growth strategy to double Order Intake and Sales within the next five years and to support growing demand that is generated by the company’s activities in the United States, Canada and South America.
Responsibilities
Plan, evaluate and organize Company relocation with internal and external stakeholders
Define location, create business plan
Implement ISO9001 procedures and ensure that processes are followed accordingly
Coordinate Supply Chain locally and within the Company Group
Procure components and ready assembled products from Group Headquarters and subsidiaries
Search and implement local suppliers into the supply chain
Ensure product quality availability and timely supply of products to customers
Supervise Warehouse & Assembly operations
Plan and organize assembly schedule for customer orders and finished/unfinished goods
Ensure stock accuracy and actively participate in inventory audits
Plan and organize demand for components
Plan and organize incoming goods and outgoing products according to company’s quality standards
Implement document control on exports
Implement documented rules according to OSHA requirements
Organize and maintain warehouse equipment
Supervise and support Order Entry
General Administration and Accounting
Responsibility for P&L
Skills
Experience in metal-manufacturing and product assembly is highly beneficial
Experience in Hiring and Texas laws
Experience in Shipping / Importing / Exporting
Knowledge of OSHA requirements
Warehousing and Assembly
Team-Leadership is a must have
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or higher
