Deliver comprehensive post-onboarding support, including merchant training and relationship management.
Manage technical aspects including parameter generation, NIBSS registration, and terminal provision.
Interface with bank support teams and maintain service level agreements.
Handle merchant profiling on various platforms and manage inventory.
Ensure optimal POS terminal performance.
Conduct quality assurance and merchant categorization activities.
Prepare detailed weekly reports on merchant operations and critical issues.
