Responsibilities

Customer Interaction:

Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.

Determine customer needs and preferences regarding flooring and furniture.

Provide product information, including features, benefits, and pricing.

Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

Sales Support:

Assist senior sales staff with sales transactions.

Prepare sales quotes and order forms.

Follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

Product Knowledge:

Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge of flooring and furniture products.

Stay informed about current trends and industry developments.

Participate in product training sessions.

Showroom Maintenance:

Assist in maintaining the showroom's appearance, including arranging displays and ensuring cleanliness.

Stock and organize product samples and catalogs.

Administrative Tasks:

Assist with inventory management.

Handle phone calls and emails.

Learn to use the stores point of sale system.
