Warehouse Tech/CSR

Job Description

MedSouth, Inc. provides quality care to its patients through a variety of healthcare services offerings that include home/durable medical equipment, wound care treatment, and management of various chronic disease states.

This is a dual role position, working in the warehouse and as a CSR.

Responsibilities:

Clean medical equipment, tag and bag and disinfect

Verify equipment is working properly, by test trial to determine

Maintain repair log and cleaning log

Keep the warehouse clean, stock shelves, racks and bins with appropriate equipment

Enter orders into database and update new and existing patient information

Qualify orders by identifying customer's diagnosis and insurance coverage

Obtain necessary insurance information to process third party billing

Skills/Requirements:

High School Diploma/GED

Ability to use a computer equivalent to the position

Required to pass a Background check

Interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Excellent customer service

Good written and verbal skills

Ability to lift up to 150lbs with or without assistance
