Job Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy professional to join our Customer Service Operations team as a Customer Support Systems Analyst. This role ensures the systems and tools used by our service teams run smoothly, are optimized, and provide great experiences for both customers and employees.
What You'll Do:
Supporting, configuring, and optimizing customer-facing systems (e.g., IVR, CRM, Chat)
Acting as a liaison between business users and IT
Troubleshooting system issues and managing escalations
Working with cross-functional teams on feature enhancements and releases
What We're Looking For:
3–5 years in business systems or tech support roles
Strong communication and analytical skills
Experience with Twilio, Salesforce, or Sitecore preferred
Bonus if you’ve worked in a utility or regulated environment

Salary: $50-$70K (BOE)
