As a member of the Core Banking team in the IT department, the successful candidate as the Core Banking Contractor IT L2 Support Analyst will partner with the business and IT stakeholders and his/her main responsibilities would be the followings:
Compliance with UBP architecture, procedures and standards
Functional and Technical Support of any core banking applications
Analyzis of production issues, root cause identification and documentation
Documentation of incidents, proposed resolution, reproduction of the issue on anonymized data
High level business requirements specification
Rotation & Support of the Core banking platform overnight process
