Job Responsibilities:
Design, implement, maintain and optimize data pipelines in data platforms, including but not limited to data warehouse, real-time marketing platform and other data product platforms.
Monitor platform operations, conduct root cause analysis of incidents, and implement corrective actions to ensure stable, reliable, and efficient platform services.
Design, implement, maintain and optimize automated monitoring and alerting for core data services.
Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Continuously enhance the operational quality of business products to support rapid growth in business and data volume.
Collaborate with development teams to integrate new features and improvements.
Develop and maintain documentation for systems and processes.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems.
Work on other SRE-related tasks to ensure platforms meeting SLO (Service Level Objective) requirement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or Information Management related fields.
2+ years of experience in data development or platform DevOps/SRE-related work.
Proficient in SQL programing, familiar with the complete data processing workflow, including data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, transformation, storage, and visualization, with relevant experience in data product development.
Experience in other programing languages such as Python, Shell Scripting.
Clear logical thinking, standardized programming style, and good documentation / commenting habits.
Sensitive to data, able to identify potential data issues, debug programs in a timely manner, and have strong problem-solving skills.
Understanding of distributed computing systems and streaming processing technique such as Hive, MapReduce, HDFS, Spark, Flink, Kafka, etc.
