User Experience Researcher

Job Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a User Experience Researcher in Plano, Texas. As a User Researcher Intermediate, you will be entrusted with the responsibility of leading user research initiatives to inform critical decisions for our current and future products. You will work closely with our cross-product teams, designing and executing exploratory field studies, and planning and conducting usability analyses.

Responsibilities:

• Lead qualitative and quantitative user research initiatives to inform critical decisions for current and future products

• Collaborate with cross-product teams to identify research topics that will inform business decisions

• Utilize best practices in user research to support the entire product design cycle

• Design and execute exploratory field studies with users and subject matter experts

• Plan and conduct usability analyses using our state-of-the-art tools

• Deliver persuasive and compelling findings to executive stakeholders

• Work closely with designers, technologists, and product managers to ensure the usability of our products.• Possess 3-6 years of experience in the role of a User Researcher or similar position

• Demonstrated skills in planning and executing user-centered design research

• Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methods

• Ability to design compelling content based on research findings

• Experience in driving business decisions through insightful research

• Proven track record in implementing best practices in user research

• Strong capability to conduct usability tests and interpret the results

• Excellent skills in liaising with stakeholders at all levels, including C-Suite

• Proficient in using various research tools and techniques

• Ability to work collaboratively with design teams to integrate research findings

• Strong presentation and communication skills to effectively share insights and recommendations

• High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
