Your Role: Hands-On, Impactful, and Fast-Paced:
As a Client Developer in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio, you will lead business development initiatives and collaborate with Marketing and Project Management teams across various sectors, including economic/commercial/industrial development, municipal/governmental projects, the healthcare sector, and more. You will play a vital role in expanding our client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving the success of our Ohio offices.

What You'll Do:
Partner with local staff to set sales goals and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers to drive business plans.
Enhance client relationships, win new clients, and collaborate on multidisciplinary projects to boost success rates.
Plan association involvement and advertising strategies, organizing local events to enhance engagement.
Assist in developing and submitting proposals and responses to Requests for Qualifications (RFQs).
Prepare and lead monthly Business Development meetings to align efforts.

What We're Looking For:
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, construction, business, or a related field.
A minimum of 6 years of technical and/or business development experience within the Commercial Real Estate, Architecture, Construction, and Engineering industries.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Existing relationships with various A/E/C industry Designers, Contractors, and Owners.
Willingness to travel, including some evenings and weekends, using personal vehicles for company business.
Proven ability to increase sales opportunities, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the growth of the Ohio offices and markets.
