Acloche is looking for a skilled Metal working materials coordinator for a great long term opportunity in Columbus

Material Processor

Pay Scale - $18 - $22 based on experience

1st shift

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

- Grade and sort metals based on composition, using following equipment:

- Schear

- Torch

- Plasma

- Lance Rod

- Sledgehammer

- Use of bobcats, fork lifts, material handler, brickers & bailers, crane

- Assess customer deliveries

- Record for materials being shipped out

- Awareness of safety and environmental risks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

2+ years experience in scrap yard preferred

Metals experience and knowledge ferrous v. Non-ferrous

Customer service skills

Basic computer skills/data entry

Basic math

Be able to identify different types of metal
