What we want:
Privacy Manager - responsible for implementing and enforcing the organization’s privacy strategy, policies, procedures and initiatives. Responsible for supervising and leading privacy staff.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Six years of related experience in administering privacy programs and policies
Essential Duties and Tasks:
Privacy Strategy Management
Manages the implementation and enforcement of the organization’s privacy strategy, including policies and procedures.
Leads new privacy-related programs, projects, and initiatives.
Ensures all business data management processes reflect privacy requirements and comply with rules, regulations, and laws.
Oversees privacy training programs and communications.
Assists in strategic planning for overseeing privacy strategy.
Compliance Oversight
Manages compliance monitoring, auditing, and remediation efforts.
Oversees responses to inquiries at all levels regarding privacy matters.
Serves as a resolver of escalated inquiries.
Reporting & Communication
Leads research and prepares communications in response to privacy-related events or inquiries.
Provides reports, presentations, and metrics to leadership as required.
Investigations, Mitigations/Sanctions and IT Privacy reviews
Manages investigations and helps in determining mitigations and/or sanctions validation.
Over time, ensure that mitigations and sanctions are being met and are effective.
Help perform Privacy IT reviews to determine that appropriate security and privacy guidelines are in place where regulated data is being stored, managed, and transferred.
Work with IT to create new/updated standards where necessary.
