Serve as a trusted strategic partner to internal stakeholders, guiding them through purchasing decisions, budget alignment, and operational needs.

Monitor market trends and supply chain dynamics to anticipate risks and identify new sourcing opportunities.

Design and enforce procurement policies and workflows that ensure transparency, accountability, and regulatory compliance.

Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, training, and continuous improvement.

Engage with regional business partners and industry peers to expand supplier diversity and unlock innovation through competitive sourcing. What You Bring:

A bachelorâ s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.

At least five years of progressive leadership experience in procurement or supply chain management, ideally in complex or regulated environments.

Recognized certifications such as CPPB, CPPO, NIGP-CPP, CPSM, or equivalent preferred.

Expertise in sourcing strategies, contract negotiation, and supplier performance frameworks.

Solid understanding of procurement technology platforms and analytics tools.

Strong interpersonal and communication skillsâ youâ re comfortable leading negotiations, building consensus, and presenting to executives.

A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve conflicts, and navigate ambiguity with confidence.

Demonstrated success in building and scaling procurement operations that align with both compliance and innovation goals. Why This Role Stands Out:

This isnâ t just another procurement jobâ itâ s a leadership opportunity with wide influence and strategic impact. Youâ ll join a mission-driven organization that values accountability, innovation, and operational excellence. Here, your ideas matter, your expertise will be trusted, and your leadership will drive meaningful results across the enterprise.
