The Position

As a Healthcare Shaping and Capacity Building Trainee, you will support and assist in initiatives aimed at shaping the healthcare system and building capacity within the network. You will collaborate with the healthcare system partners and other stakeholders to drive innovation and improve healthcare outcomes.

Your role:

Assist in the identification and engagement of key healthcare stakeholders, including policy makers, regulators, and payers.

Support the development and implementation of healthcare solutions that address the needs of the ecosystem.

Conduct research and analysis on healthcare trends, policies, and best practices.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other communication materials.

Participate in meetings and discussions with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to strategic planning.

Support the monitoring and evaluation of healthcare programs and initiatives.

Collaborate with other trainees and departments to share knowledge and best practices

Experiences, Knowledge, and Qualifications:B

achelor's degree in life sciences, law, public health, health policy, or a related field.

Basic knowledge of healthcare systems, policies, and governance.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to conduct research and analyze data.

Fluent in local language and proficiency in English.
