We're seeking an experienced hospitality Duty Manager to join our team in Doolan Brothers -Doolan Brothers and The Fox at Auckland Viaduct and Sios Located in remueraRole:Management of staff on shiftUphold Liquor Licensing lawsCarry out day-to-day running of the bar & restaurantTraining new employeesStock controlProviding the high level of customer care our company strives forMust be willing to work nights and weekends We view this as a long-term position within our group and will provide coaching and training for personal growth.

Starting with training plan to get you settled into the way Doolan Brothers do things.Previous Experience:Have a passion for the hospitality industry Hold a valid managers cert for 1+ yearsHave 1+ Years’ experience in similar leadership roleHave great written and oral communicationAble to work well within a team Staff PerksA generous staff discount card that can be used across all our 12 venuesStaff drinks Staff mealsDiscounted Auckland Council or Les Mills gym membershipTake part in our regular staff social events & other team-building activities, including our famous annual staff party.
