JOB SUMMARY

Assures the continuous, effective operation and the continuous improvement of the activities of the units of Critical Care Services Services. Assures integration of departmental services with the hospital's overall functioning to meet established organizational goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

Master's Degree in Nursing, unless waived by the VP of Nursing

Minimum Work Experience

5 Years

Required Licenses/Certifications

Registered Nurse Licensed in the State of Texas

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

Deals effectively with community and consumers.

Demonstrates interpersonal skills.

Excellent human relations and oral/written communication skills.

Maintains professional appearance and decorum at all times.
