Duties:
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for both FoodHub and Ultra.
Brand Management: Oversee and manage brand identity and consistency across all marketing channels.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct and analyze market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive positioning. Use data to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team to ensure successful execution of marketing plans. (6 full time, 1 part time people in the team)
Campaign Management: Monitor and assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.
Reporting: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to the executive team based on market research data.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to align marketing strategies with business goals.
