Hybrid (2 Days From Home) Job Duties:
Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of New Product Development (NPD) related projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and marketing, to execute on program objectives.
Create, monitor, and update project timelines and ensure milestones are met.
Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation, and budget tracking for all assigned programs.
Identify risks early in the project lifecycle and proactively implement mitigation plans.
Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders on project status, challenges, and achievements.
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define project scope, deliverables, and objectives.
Manage project prioritization and facilitate coordination across global teams.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure project deliverables align with customer needs and expectations.
Assist in the development and improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills Qualifications:
Bachelors in Engineering related field
