We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Project Manager to join our Capital Feasibility and Delivery team. If you have a strong background in engineering design, project execution, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Primary Duties:

Lead and manage the engineering effort for a large capital project, ensuring overall technical success across all applicable disciplines until project completion.

Provide technical oversight and scope development in collaboration with project design and construction partners.

Collaborate with the project manager, Lead End User, and key stakeholders to develop engineering designs, project plans, estimates, scopes of work, and contracts.

Ensure engineering design and project execution meet project objectives, including scope, functionality, capacity, cost, schedule, safety, sustainability, quality, and compliance with regulations.

Report project status, key issues, and corrective actions to the project manager or steering committee on a regular basis.

Support the project team in resolving critical issues and provide clear technical guidance and business processes.

Communicate relevant information timely, clearly, and concisely to stakeholders. Key Skills:

Ability to work independently and in a team environment with moderate supervision. Education and Experience Requirements:

BS/MS Engineering degree in a relevant field or area of specialization (biochemical/mechanical/chemical engineering).

Minimum of 10-12 years' experience in cGMP Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical industry.

Minimum 7 years' experience in Large Capital Project Engineering Design and Execution.

Experience in project management.

Experience in biopharmaceutical-based GMP manufacturing science and technology. Biotech Rec do no offer Visa sponsorship
