About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Guardian Residential Services Llc in Gainesville, VA. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to our residents and making a positive impact on their lives.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments to residents according to physician's orders
Assist in the development and implementation of resident care plans
Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing and medical staff
Provide basic nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and assistance with activities of daily living
Document all aspects of resident care and communicate with healthcare team members
Requirements:
Active LPN license in the state of Virginia
Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living setting
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
