Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid) Relo candidates not considered

Pay Range: $70 per hour

Candidates: US Citizens or GC Holders (no CTC)

What's the Job?

Collaborate with the CIT restart team to develop and implement a comprehensive restart plan over the next 6-9 months.

Document and track all risks, areas for improvement, decisions made, and strategies developed throughout the process.

Generate regular progress status reports to highlight achievements and challenges faced.

Assist in planning necessary resources and timelines for successful program implementation.

Coach project team members on project management skills and techniques to enhance team collaboration. What's Needed?

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 6 years of IT and Business experience, including project management.

Certification aligned with project management discipline.

Experience with multiple project management frameworks (e.g., Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).

Strong communication skills to effectively engage with peers, business partners, and management. What's in it for me?
