Responsibilities:

Component placement, design rule setup in CES

Power planes, signal routing, and length matching

Silkscreen design and pre-Gerber/ODB++ preparation

ODB++ file generation and Valor DFM feedback incorporation

Creation of PCB manufacturing and assembly drawings

Coordination between US and India teams

Key Deliverables & Phases:

PCB Manufacturing Files (Onsite & Offsite)

Manufacturing rule checks, output files, assembly guidelines, and component location files

Analysis & Design

Critical component placement and restriction checks

Design for assembly clearance checks

SI/PI, FPGA, Thermal Implementation

Routing of critical signals

Signal integrity (SI) & power integrity (PI) updates

Thermal analysis updates

Manufacturing Design Files

Electrical design rule checks

Design for manufacturing validation

Gerber & ODB++ generation for fabrication

Assembly notes, guidelines, and pick-and-place files

Design Implementation & Setup

Fixed component placement, height limitations, and clearance checks

Connector and mounting placements
