The Opportunity:

Overwatch is collaborating with multiple clients in Reno, NV, and we are seeking skilled construction professionals with data center experience to join our team. We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of data center construction experience for the following positions:

Construction Project Manager

Senior Estimator

Construction Project Manager

Proven experience managing large-scale data center projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.

Familiarity with data center design and operational requirements.

Senior Estimator

Extensive experience in commercial construction estimating, preferably within the Data Center and/or Mission Critical industry.

Proven ability to manage multiple estimates exceeding $15M, perform precise quantity take-offs, and execute bids with accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong leadership in preconstruction, fostering a collaborative team environment while effectively engaging with owners, clients, and stakeholders.

Expertise in commercial construction estimating, including self-performance of concrete and carpentry, with proficiency in Timberline, OST, and SmartBidnet.

*These roles require being on-site full-time in Reno, NV. Overwatch provides relocation support for those joining our team.
