WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Do you enjoy leading agile and smaller engineering teams while staying hands on with code?

Our enterprise SaaS company is searching for a hands-on engineering manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role will be part of a close-knit team operating as well rounded, full stack engineers working to enhance our digital signage and workplace experience platform.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Deliver features at a high velocity across diverse tech stacks

Set and communicate team priorities that support Korbyt's goals.

Set clear expectations with individuals based on their level and role. Meet regularly with individuals to discuss performance and development and provide feedback and coaching.

Design, guide and vet systems designs and write code yourself to assist the team when needed.

Review code developed by other engineers and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency). WHAT YOU HAVE

• 3 years of experience in an engineering management position.

• Experience delivering software to enterprise level clients

• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with the team and be a contributing member to finding solutions

• Experience with cloud-based SaaS development.

• Experience with Laravel or Node frameworks.

• Experience with React, Vue or similar front-end frameworks.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience

• 8+ years of software development experience

• Experience with SOC II, ISO 27001 or similar certifications.

• Experience with electron or installed applications in a windows environment.
