Location: Evanston, IL

Hours: Monday - Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. with one weekend a month

Required Travel: Glenbrook and Skokie Hospitals

Endeavor Health is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment, providing high-quality mental health care to individuals in need of structured outpatient support.

Position Highlights:

Provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapeutic interventions for patients in PHP/IOP.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, therapists, and social workers, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment as needed, and provide education to patients and families.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to the ongoing development of behavioral health services.

Work in a structured yet flexible setting that allows for meaningful patient engagement without overnight or on-call responsibilities. Qualifications:

Education: Master's degree or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.

Certification & Licensure:

Current NP or PA license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain).

Board certification in Psychiatry/Mental Health (PMHNP) preferred for NPs.

DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License (or eligibility to obtain).

Experience: Prior experience in behavioral health, psychiatry, or a related field preferred.
