Job Description
Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team to meet company objectives and deadlines.
Develop and implement engineering strategies and objectives to align with overall business goals.
Use mechanical design engineering skills to work closely with the team on their objectives.
Oversee project management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to meet company-wide objectives.
Maintain a safe and productive work environment within the department.

The Successful Applicant
A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
5-8 years of experience in an industrial environment.
Strong project management capabilities.
A background in mechanical engineering and mechanical design engineering.
Experience using ERP systems.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel 5-10% of the time to other sites.
Candidate must be a US Citizen. What's on Offer
