This role ensures the successful execution of high-impact projects that align with US Cotton LLC`s expansion goals and operational excellence.

By developing and refining project management frameworks, the Senior Project Manager ensures consistency, efficiency, and best practices across all initiatives.

Acting as a bridge between departments, this role fosters alignment among teams, ensuring seamless project execution and stakeholder engagement.

Through proactive risk management, performance monitoring, and KPI tracking, the Senior Project Manager helps the company navigate challenges and achieve desired outcomes. THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

7+ years of leading complex, high-impact projects, ideally within manufacturing, supply chain, or consumer goods industries.

Proven ability to develop and implement project management frameworks, governance structures, and best practices to drive efficiency and consistency.

Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align projects with business objectives, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure seamless execution.

Proficiency in Smartsheet, project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK), and KPI-driven performance tracking to monitor project success and mitigate risks.

Background in mentoring project teams, training junior project managers, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in project execution.
