JOB SUMMARY
The ACT Clinical Supervisor is a licensed Master’s level professional (LSW or LPC) responsible for managing all aspects of the ACT fidelity model. This includes supervising a multidisciplinary team, providing direct client services (at least 25% of the time), and ensuring efficient coordination of services for successful community placement. This position emphasizes clinical supervision, documentation compliance, regulatory adherence, and training of behavioral health staff.
The Clinical Supervisor will manage a team of QMHPs, MHPs, CRSSs, and RNs responsible for delivering direct services to referred clients. These services include conducting assessments, developing service and risk management plans, providing offsite individual, group, and family therapy, and assisting with client placements within the community.
JOB DUTIES
Provide clinical leadership and program coordination for the ACT team.
Ensure the ACT model fidelity and compliance with regulatory standards (including Rule 132).
Supervise a multidisciplinary team (QMHP/MHP/CRSS/RN) and ensure staff meet productivity expectations.
Conduct weekly interdisciplinary team meetings with ACT staff and psychiatrists.
Deliver direct clinical assessments and services to individuals, groups, and families.
Monitor client status, treatment planning, and community integration.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with quality assurance standards.
Provide training and supervision for new staff and graduate interns.
Maintain knowledge of DMH standards, person-centered planning, and recovery-oriented practices.
Facilitate crisis intervention, coordinate referrals and admissions, and assist with professional development.
Support recruitment and performance evaluation processes for team members.
Participate in meetings, professional training, and team development.
Travel locally to meet community-based service needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related human service field.
Must hold LSW or LPC licensure.
Minimum of two years’ experience in the human service field.
At least two years of managerial experience, preferably in case management, care management, or community support.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of Rule 132, Community Mental Health services, and DMH standards.
Familiarity with integrated dual-diagnosis treatment, motivational interviewing, and co-occurring health conditions.
Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, and drive.
Some lifting of files or supplies may be required.
Local travel required for community-based services and home visits.

Occupational Risk for Exposure to TB:
There is an occupational risk for exposure to TB, as this position involves extensive community and patient contact. Employees in this role are required to comply with annual TB testing as part of workplace health and safety protocols. The only acceptable exceptions to this requirement are documented medical contraindications or religious objections. Employees who decline TB testing will be required to wear a mask when deemed necessary.
