The Senior Data Analyst - CRM is crucial in leveraging customer data to drive strategic decision-making within the Campari Group. This individual will analyze CRM data, generate actionable insights, develop senior-level reports, and present data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and business performance. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of data privacy principles.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights: Conduct in-depth analysis of CRM data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across various marketing and sales initiatives. Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.

Reporting & Data Visualization: Develop and deliver regular and ad-hoc reports to senior management, providing clear and concise summaries of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Create compelling data visualizations and presentations to effectively communicate findings.

Data Management & Privacy: Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM platform. Adhere to data privacy regulations and best practices, safeguarding sensitive customer information.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

CRM Platform Optimization: Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of the CRM platform, identifying opportunities to improve data capture, reporting capabilities, and overall system performance.

Campaign Performance Analysis (Optional): Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, measuring ROI and providing recommendations for optimization.

Role Requirements

Excellent English language proficiency (written and spoken)

Proven experience working with a CRM platform (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce)

Demonstrated ability to generate actionable insights from data

Experience in developing and presenting senior-level reports

Strong understanding of data presentation principles and techniques

Confident in suggesting and implementing campaign optimizations based on the collected data.

Understanding of A/B testing

Desired Skills and Experiences

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce (highly preferred)

6+ years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the FMCG or beverage industry

Experience with briefing and interpreting briefs from stakeholders

Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting

Experience with SQL querying for data extraction and manipulation

Knowledge of campaign management principles and best practices (optional)
