Structural Steel Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager - Structural Steel Fabrication

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the structural steel industry. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience, a thorough understanding of fabrication and erection standards and procedures, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A general knowledge of AISC standards is also required. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee multiple projects within the structural steel industry

Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications

Coordinate with fabrication and erection teams to ensure quality and safety standards are met

Maintain knowledge of AISC standards and ensure compliance across all projects

Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project success

Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during fabrication or erection

Qualifications:

5+ years of project management experience in the structural steel and misc metals fabrication industry

In-depth knowledge of fabrication and erection standards and procedures

General understanding of AISC standards

Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability and willingness to estimate projects is a plus.
