The Project Manager will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget in compliance with the signature Datix Strategic Solution Process. The Project Manager will track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.

Other duties include:

• Work cross-departmentally with the Sales team and project Delivery team to pass critical information to the appropriate team member for follow-up.

• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and team members, conduct regular status meetings with client stakeholders, and overall be accountable for achieving maximum client satisfaction.

• Think creatively and quickly to solve problems as they arise throughout a project lifecycle.

• Demonstrate a proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.

Must Haves

Proven ability to solve problems creatively

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

Excellent analytical skills

Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful Nice to Have
