POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources of the CORA Group, the Human Resources Advisor will act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, managers, and employees across multiple business units. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws, implementing HR policies and processes, and driving employee engagement and talent development strategies across Sri Lanka, UAE, Singapore, and Malaysia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers across assigned regions, handling employee relations matters, resolving disputes, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

· Partner with managers to implement recruitment, retention, and succession planning strategies for key talent across multiple locations.

· Ensure compliance with local labor laws in Sri Lanka, UAE, Singapore, and Malaysia while maintaining HR documentation and policy adherence.

· Work with managers to develop and implement training programs, mentoring initiatives, and performance management frameworks.

· Lead HR projects, optimize HR processes, and drive HR best practices across different business units.

· Provide HR due diligence and integration support for new acquisitions within the CORA Group.

· Assist in driving organizational change and supporting teams through business transformations.

· Assist in recruitment activities with the help of the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, ensuring hiring needs are met efficiently across assigned regions.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

· 3-5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on Employee Relations and Talent Management.

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Experience managing HR across multiple geographies (Sri Lanka, UAE, Singapore, Malaysia) is preferred or a willingness to learn.

· Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices across different regions.

· Experience in the software or technology industry is an asset.

· Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

· Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
