We are currently seeking motivated and dependable Field Service Technicians to join our growing team. This is a field-based position, ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work outdoors in all types of weather and are committed to delivering top-quality service.

Job Overview:

This role includes operating pressure washing equipment, performing general maintenance, and collecting and repairing abandoned shopping carts. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, has a strong work ethic, and can manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate mobile pressure washing equipment to clean surfaces such as buildings, sidewalks, and commercial vehicles.

Collect and return abandoned shopping carts from surrounding areas.

Perform general maintenance and repairs on equipment and property.

Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles to ensure optimal performance.

Follow all company safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

Troubleshoot issues on-site and recommend solutions as needed.

Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients.

Provide excellent customer service and uphold Kept Companies standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum age: 21 years

Valid Drivers License with a clean driving record (required)

Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods

High school diploma or GED required

Mechanically inclined; comfortable using hand and power tools

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Able to read, write, speak, and understand English

DOT Medical Card preferred training and certification provided by company if needed

Experience in pressure washing, maintenance, or similar field preferred but not required
