We are currently looking for friendly and dedicated individuals to join the Bartlett Dairy team. As a call center representative, you will be the initial point of contact and be a representation of the company’s character. You will be a liaison between the customers and all departments within the company. Your day to day will include supporting the needs of our valued customers by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy, confidentiality and professionalism while ensuring customer satisfaction, which is the heart of what we do. This is an excellent opportunity for those who thrive in a fast-paced call center, have an ability to handle customer inquiries, issues, orders all while finding satisfaction in helping others every day. This is not a remote or hybrid position. You will be working in a call center within our distribution center located in Jamaica, NY.
WORK SCHEDULE
Full time
10am - 6pm (schedule will vary during training)
Days Off: Sunday + 1-Weekday
Must be able to work every Saturday

SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Promote customer satisfaction through effective communication and issue resolution practices
Organize, prioritize, and coordinate multiple tasks altogether
Must be able to handle up to 200 inbound and outbound orders per day
Answer phone calls and relay messages
Provide accurate information
Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
Classify and organize Reports and Tickets
Arrange items in alphanumeric or subject order
Speak clearly
Work independently
Plan, schedule and organize work
Ensure the quality of work as measured against established standards
Maintain confidentiality
ILLUSTRATIVE DUTIES
Answers inbound calls regarding delivery ETA, order statuses, and questions
Perform outbound calls to customers
Communicate with customers frequently
Process Custom Delivery Orders and Requests
Maintain records related to late orders, credit and complaint forms
Research and compile information when needed
Attend meetings and serve on temporary committees, as requested
Ensure office equipment is in working order
Attend assigned training sessions
Perform additional duties and assignments, as requested
