Designing, development, testing and deployment of Workday integrations using EIB,
Core Connector, PICOF, PECI and Workday Studio. Experience in designing and
developing complex reports as required for some integrations as well as testing and
support. Facilitate communication and information flow between business partners and
project teams to refine requirements and deliver on project goals against long-term
Roadmaps. Candidate Profile Significant experience in writing Technical Design/
Specifications, Development as well as End to end testing of integrations and Support
Experience with Workday Integrations required which includes APIs, EIBs,PECI, PICOF,
Workday Studio, Core Connector for Worker and other areas such as Benefits. Sound
understanding of one or more functional modules in Workday is preferred. Certifications
in Integration Core,CCTPP and Studio are a plus. Excellent communication skills, both
written and verbal. Ability to effectively present
Responsibilities:
Have an in-depth understanding of business processes related to specific areas
of Workday, including an understanding of E2E Workday integration points.
Provide Workday support such as requirements gathering, documentation,
testing for the integration and reporting module.
Proficient in all the tools for Workday integration technologies – EIB, CCW,
CCTPP, GPC, PECI, PICOF, CCB, XSLT transformation and Studio code.
Work closely with stakeholders and other workday team members and include
industry best practices to deliver technology solutions needed to drive alignment
of business needs.
HR and Payroll related functional knowledge is good to have.
Ability to debug integration issues and provide a quick and optimal solution.
Experience working with tools like JIRA and Asana.
Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
Around 2 years of demonstrated and dedicated experience configuring Workday
integration and working across multiple areas of Workday.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions within
Workday and working cross functionally across global teams.
Understanding of key HR concepts and processes.
Decent knowledge in additional Workday modules apart from integration is a
plus.
Good understanding with Workday core functionality, including Security,
Reporting, Integrations, Business Processes.
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service skills, including written and
verbal communication.
Advanced knowledge of Workday EIB, Studio, Document Transformation and
Cloud Connect.
Experience in creating data flows between Workday systems and HRIS system
and understanding integration – messaging patterns is a must.
Strong experience in HCM/ERP software application experience with Web
Services, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net or other integration technologies
is a must.
Prior working experience with Workday integration suite and iPaaS based
Integration tools (Boomi) is highly desirable.
Working knowledge of workday API's and other API's tools knowledge is highly
desirable.
Familiarity with multiple programming environments and Integration – Messaging
tools is plus.
Strong problem-solving and software triage skills with ability to work cross-
functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing work environment to dissect
root cause of issues creating the best solution for IFF considering quality, cost,
and speed requirements.
Demonstrated skills in helping negotiate priorities and resolving conflicts among
project stakeholders (such as customers, product management, and
engineering).
Knowledge of QA processes and test-driven development Quality and Security
minded approach and experience in managing application data in accordance
with data privacy policies.
Strong understanding of project management principles and Systems
Development Life Cycle standards and familiarity with agile software delivery
methodologies such as Scrum.
