Compensation: $18.00

**$250.00 Bonus for an active Guard Card** (paid after 90 days of employment)

**$250.00 Bonus for an active Guard Card** (paid after 180 days of employment)

Non licensed security officers

License fee reimbursement after 90 days

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Security Facility Supervisor manages and provides leadership to assigned workgroup; develops, implements, and coordinates program activities.

You will conduct the following responsibilities, upholding Tarian’s commitment to safety and security while supporting the values and culture of the client and community.

Serve our posts at major Airports and Government Services facilities. Our Security Officers are responsible for maintaining the security and safety of the facility, its staff, and visitors -- and serve as a visible deterrent to illegal activities on property.

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

Completed High School Diploma or GED

Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications

Strong vision abilities including color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus

Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire work shift, move or lift objects up to 80 lbs., help restrain or lift a person

Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Tarian’s driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles)

Desired Qualification of the Security Officer:

Previous work experience with the public in a service setting
